Who can participate?

  • Anyone who believes they are suffering from long COVID symptoms and had a positive COVID test
  • Previous Long COVID survivors with a positive COVID test who were not hospitalized during SARS-CoV-2 infection

In this Multi-Domain Tai Chi (Taichi-DTx) program designed for Long COVID individuals, there are 5 modules.

  • Module 1: Learn to stretch your body. This is to give you more energy throughout the day.
  • Module 2: Strengthen your physical and mental coordination. This is to give you more clarity and focus.
  • Module 3: Focus on promoting ease of breathing and learning to breathe with your belly.
  • Module 4: Review the first three modules to check your progress.
  • Module 5: Introduce you to a sitting version of the Taichi exercise. This is useful when you are at work or very tired on that day.
